Control your anger with regular exercise


A research was conducted by Yu-RiKim, Han-GyoChoi and Hye-AhYeom at Department of Nursing, Uijeongbu St. Mary's Hospital, Uijeongbu and College of Nursing,..



The Catholic University of Korea, Seoul, Republic of Korea. Research was conducted on 2017 and published in 2019 in International Journal of Asian Nursing Research. Data was collected from 300 nurses of different age, marital status and jobs. 50% nurses aged less than 30 years, 57.9% were unmarried and 45.9% had graduate degree.

Anger is rising due to environmental distress and many other factors. Anger badly impacts a person’s quality of life in terms of his health and relations with other people. Different scientists have identified various ways to control and reduce anger.

This research has tested a way of managing anger that not only augments health but also reduces anger. They have identified different factors that create anger. This includes environmental issues, heavy workload at office, complex technologies and conflicts that rise with other people. The authors have claimed that doing regular exercise can help a person manage anger in such situations.

This research has proved that best way to control and reduce anger is by doing daily exercise. There are many factors that create anger and such factors are unavoidable when it comes of job and social life. The bet approach to avoid anger is exercise

The research is of less value (4 out of 10) as data was collected from a single hospital. Non-random sample was taken does not reflect whole population.
